The SEM Extended Protection program extends coverage for SEM machines after the standard warranty period, generally 1 year or 2,000 working hours. It is designed for customers who want to reduce risk exposure, secure operations and protect equipment value.

- SEP application to be submitted within 6 months after delivery to the first user.

Standard SEP options extend coverage after the initial warranty ends. They are available for the entire machine or key components, with two standard duration or working-hour levels.
SEP2-4000M
Entire machine: extended 1 year or 2,000 working hours after standard warranty, whichever comes first.
SEP3-6000M
Entire machine: extended 2 years or 4,000 working hours after standard warranty, whichever comes first.
SEP2-4000P
Key components: extended 1 year or 2,000 working hours after standard warranty, whichever comes first.
