SEM Extended Protection
SEM Extended Protection Program (SEP) is designed to meet different service needs of customers. Out of confidence in SEM product value, quality and reliability, and as part of the product life service cycle, SEM Extended Protection Program provides to SEM machines various types of SEP options when standard warranty period comes to the end (1Year/2000 working hours).
The application for SEP needs to be submitted within 6 months after machine has been delivered to first user.
SEP for entire machine
SEP2-4000M
Extended 1 year or 2000 working hours after standard warranty period end, whichever comes first.
SEP3-6000M
Extended 2 years or 4000 working hours after standard warranty period end, whichever comes first.
SEP for key components
SEP2-4000P
Extended 1 year or 2000 working hours after standard warranty period end, whichever comes first.
SEP3-6000P
Extended 2 years or 4000 working hours after standard warranty period end, whichever comes first.
