SEM Parts warehouses

Caterpillar (Qingzhou) Parts Distribution Center is located in the northeast of the facility and was built in 2011. It covers an area of 8500 square meters, and has modern shelves, equipment, layout and processes.

Now, more than 17,000 kinds of parts are stocked at the parts distribution center to support parts maintenance, service and sales of both Cat and SEM models, including wheel loaders, soil compactors, motor graders and track type tractors, serving more than 140 dealers including China and internationally.

Internationally, we leverage 10 Cat Distribution Centers across 5 continents to stock more than 16,000 types of parts and utilize Caterpillar's processes and assets to deliver service and ensure parts availability for SEM customers.
